1. A hand gun impression on a NIKE shirt was visualized utilizing digital Infra-Red image capture techniques.
2. The captured image was enhanced and the weave pattern removed from the shirt.
3. The enhanced image was then compared to a known weapon

1. Mikrosill casting was made of hand gun impressions.
2. Images of the casting are enhanced and compared to a known weapon
3. A visual comparison is conducted of the impression and actual Smith and Weston emblem.
